Most people take the easy option

Every day, you’re faced with two choices.

And most of the time… people take the easy one.

They skip the gym because they’re tired.
They order the takeaway because it’s convenient.
They don’t get to bed on time because Netflix kept rolling.

Then they wonder why they’re not making progress. Why they’re stuck. Why they always feel like they’re starting again on Monday.

I spoke about this in my Instagram Reel yesterday. I’ve been doing this 20-a-day challenge — 20 tough things every single day. And I’ve realised something important:

Most of life is just a series of choices.
And most people will pick the path of least resistance.

But here’s the thing…
The easy option almost never leads to growth.
It’s comfortable. But it keeps you stuck.

If you want to build something — your body, your fitness, your mindset, your performance — you’ve got to make the right choices more often than not.

And that’s not easy to do on your own.

You don’t need another plan.
You don’t need to keep Googling workouts or saving Reels.

You need:

  • A structure that actually works.

  • A clear path that fits around your life.

  • Someone to call you out when you’re slipping.

  • Accountability that keeps you consistent.

  • A little bit of discipline. And a lot of support.

That’s what I do. Whether it’s with athletes, busy professionals, or anyone trying to get stronger, leaner, faster, or just feel better — I help people stop drifting and actually do the work.

Sometimes it’s hard. But that’s kind of the point.
Because doing the hard things is what makes the easy things feel even better.

If you’re fed up of always starting again…
If you know you’re capable of more…
If you just need a bit of help staying on track…
