Most people think their training needs more effort.
More reps.
More sweat.
More motivation.
The truth is that most people are already training hard.
They are already pushing.
They are already trying.
But they are not progressing because they are missing the one thing that actually creates long term results.
Direction.
I have seen this over and over recently in the gym.
People walk in, jump on whatever they feel like that day, push themselves, leave tired and repeat the whole thing next week.
Effort is not the problem.
Purpose is.
You can graft, sweat, lift heavy and still stay in the exact same place if there is no structure behind it.
You can train for months and not really go anywhere if there is no plan, no accountability and no intention behind your sessions.
Training with direction changes everything.
Training with consistency and a clear target changes everything.
When you know what you are working towards and you have someone holding you to a higher standard, you stop drifting and start moving forward again.
This is a big reason why I am changing my coaching in January.
People need more support.

They need better systems.
They need a coaching process that actually helps them stay consistent, not just when they feel motivated, but through the quiet weeks, the stressful periods and everything in between.
